Theme of the congress: Liberty

Background


The theme for the Colloquim 2027 is chosen as Wageningen is seen in the Netherlands as the city of liberation. 
On May 5, 1945 the German surrender was signed in Hotel De Wereld in Wageningen and every year the Flame of Liberation is lit on May 4th near the hotel and transported by runners to many places in the Netherlands. On May 5 a Liberation Festival is held in every provincial capital of the Netherlands.

Call for papers


Terms and Conditions for Papers

1. All papers are based on own, not previously (internationally) published work/research

2. Authors are responsible for copyrights of images (especially in the proceedings)

3. Submission of abstracts is open until April 30, 2027.
A first selection/programme will be made from submissions received before January 1st, 2027 (First/main selection). Submissions received between January 1st and April 30 (Second selection) will be accepted only when there are enough slots available in the programme. 
Contributors will be informed before March 1st (first selection ) and June 1st, 2027 (second selection)

4. Presentations may be scheduled on all days of the congress

5. Presentations are accepted only in Powerpoint, Prezi or Canva formats

6. Presentations may be streamed live/recorded

7. Oral presentations will be 25 minutes + 5 minutes for questions

    Lodging in student housing on Campus may be arranged (limited and only possible to arrange from March 2027 onwards).
